Electrolux launches self-cleaning, smell-reducing vacuum cleaner

Electrolux is launching a vacuum cleaner with a self-cleaning duster and a filter coated in baking soda to neutralise pet smells. The Electrolux Power of Red All in One will be available from October.

The Swedish domestic appliances giant says the telescopic self-cleaning duster helps it reach “cobwebbing corners and dusty nooks and crannies”. It has a compartment that sucks away leaving the duster clean for the next use.

The Power of Red All in One is also equipped with a filter covered with Arm & Hammer baking soda to reduce smells. Electrolux is expected to support the launch with a campaign including in-store and press advertising.
