Meyers to replace Cranmer at Research International

WPP Group has announced that Bob Meyers is to replace Mark Cranmer as global chief executive officer of Research International, who announced his departure last week. Meyers moves from his role as Millward Brown chief executive officer and will take over his new role in October.

Eric Salama, chief executive officer of parent to both Research International and Millward Brown Kantar says: “Research International has changed for the better over the past 18 months and for that we are grateful to Mark. It is more client-centric, more entrepreneurial and delivers more consistently to its clients. Now we are going to accelerate the process of change.

Meyers will be based in Chicago and be responsible for increasing Research International’s profile in the US.
