Souk appoints new MD and expands into sponsorship

Integrated advertising agency Souk Communications has restructured as it seeks to grow. It has appointed Paul Vennard as managing director and has also extended its services by opening a new sponsorship division, Souk Sponsorship.

Vennard has been with the company for six years and held roles including commercial director. He will be tasked with building the agency’s profile and client base.

The sponsorship division is to be headed by Scott Radcliffe, who joins the agency from DMG World Media, part of the Daily Mail & General Trust group, where he worked on various sponsorship deals and partnerships.

Souk clients include Flybe, Haven Holidays, SeaFrance and Thorntons Direct. It has about £5m in billings.
