Property developers Cala Homes has appointed Clear Marketing Communications to its marketing account. The Manchester-based agency won the business from Red Cell without a pitch.
The agency is developing the house builder’s brand and is working on an integrated campaign to reposition the company. It will break in October and will include press, digital and on-site marketing.
Claire Erskine, group marketing manager for Cala Group, says it decided to move the business after six years with Red Cell but that it was hoping the change would take its branding and marketing “to the next level.”
Jim Smith, managing director of Clear, says: “We carried out an extensive strategic review and brand reappraisal during 2006. We were then asked to prepare a brand communications proposals, after which we were appointed.”
