Visit London pushes multicultural offerings

Visit London is launching an advertising campaign to promote the capital’s multicultural neighbourhoods in an effort to attract more visitors to the city. The one-off campaign breaks on August 20 with 250,000 Explore Multicultural London guides distributed at London railway stations and at UK and overseas events.

Visit London says the guides will showcase the capital’s international offerings from Irish pubs and Japanese food stores to French patisseries and Bollywood cinemas. A two-week radio and press campaign will support the guides.

Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R created the advertising for the campaign, while OMD handled media planning and buying.

Visit London works in partnership with the Mayor, the London Development Agency and the tourism industry to promote the capital.
