The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) had consolidated the communications planning account for its “Act on C02” campaign into Mindshare after a two-way pitch against PHD. The account was previously split between the two agencies.

The two agencies were asked to submit proposals on how they would approach an integrated campaign to encourage the public to Act on Co2. The pitch was managed by COI.

It follows Defra’s decision to cosolidate its advertising into Abbott Mead Vickers.BBDO after a two-way pitch against Leo Burnett, which also previously worked on the business.
