Aegis appoints president of global clients

Aegis Media has appointed former Coca-Cola and Nike marketer David Indo to the newly created role of president of global clients. Indo will join Carat to oversee global clients Diageo, Adidas and Coca-Cola and be part of the network’s new team of global client presidents.

The appointment of Indo comes as Carat looks to enhance its client management offering, on the back of new account wins. Indo was previously a brand communications partner with Ingram. He joined in March this year but the agency has since cut back its operations.

Prior to that, he worked on the client side with Nike and Coca-Cola. He previously worked at Carat in 1994, joining as a media planner before being promoted to associate director.
