RKCR/Y&R will create advertising for the charity’s UK campaigns. The appointment is part of a major shake-up of Oxfam’s roster in recent months.

In July, the charity awarded Leo Burnett its Oxfam Unwrapped account and appointed Naked to work on its youth marketing division Oxfam Youth. Last month, Oxfam handed ZenithOptimedia its media planning and buying business.
