Heart FM is parting company with CHI & Partners after three years. The station’s new owner Global Radio is looking for an advertising agency for Heart, LBC and Galaxy as part of a restructure that will also include the appointment of a new marketing chief for the group before the end of the year.

Global Radio, which acquired the stations from Chrysalis in August, says it is parting company with CHI by “mutual consent” when Heart’s current ad campaign comes to an end. It is not known whether the company will hold a full-scale pitch to find a new agency.

Global Radio executive director Richard Park says: “CHI have done a great job for us, and our predecessors, but we are looking for a new approach going forward for all our stations.”

Last month, it emerged that Heart’s managing director Barnaby Dawe was leaving the station as part of the restructure.
