Saatchi & Saatchi has moved Neil Hughston, the managing director of its interactive division, to handle new business for the main agency. The change is part of a restructure being led by Saatchi’s new chief executive Robert Senior (pictured).

Hughston joined Saatchi at the end of 2005 from Tribal DDB, where he was client services director. Marketing Week revealed in November that he was in line for a new role as part of Senior’s plans (MW November 22, 2007). It is thought that Saatchi & Saatchi Interactive will now be integrated into the main agency.

Hughston, who has also worked at Publicis Networks and Real Life/HHCL, replaces Adam Kirby, who has left the agency after two years.

Separately, Judy Mitchem, Lowe’s marketing director, has stepped down after almost three years in the role.
