Hughston joined Saatchi at the end of 2005 from Tribal DDB, where he was client services director. Marketing Week revealed in November that he was in line for a new role as part of Senior’s plans (MW November 22, 2007). It is thought that Saatchi & Saatchi Interactive will now be integrated into the main agency.
Hughston, who has also worked at Publicis Networks and Real Life/HHCL, replaces Adam Kirby, who has left the agency after two years.
Separately, Judy Mitchem, Lowe’s marketing director, has stepped down after almost three years in the role.
