Creative Showcase Grand Prix Awards

Poke takes honours for Orange microsite

Digital agency Poke received the award for the Best Creative Campaign of 2007 at the Internet Advertising Bureau and Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions Creative Showcase Grand Prix Awards, which was ann-ounced at the official ceremony earlier this week.

The contest was judged from the 12 showcase winners of 2007, and Poke hit the top spot with the “unique and beautifully designed micro-site” for Orange Unlimited, an unlimited webpage with a never-ending strand of rainbow that guides the user down the page.

The night also saw Tribal DDB win the award for the Most Innovative Campaign for the Mid-life Crisis Retreat campaign for the Volkswagen Passat, and Glue London was named Agency of the Year having achieved the most wins and runners-up prizes throughout 2007.

The IAB Unthink your Brand Award for Advertisers was given to Sony, which successfully refreshed its brand online with the Vaio online script project featuring John Malkovich and produced by Dare Digital.
