GSK supports Corsodyl with TV ad

corsodyl src=GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is launching an advertising campaign for its Corsodyl mouthwash brand. It is the first time the product has been advertised on TV.

The 20-second ad focusing on Corsodyl’s Mint Mouthwash variant will break this week. The ad, created by Grey London, features an attractive woman filmed from toe to head set to a dreamy, seductive soundtrack. As the camera reaches her face, she smiles revealing a gap in the front of her teeth.

The campaign intends to underline the idea that gum disease is a leading cause of tooth loss and that can help treat gum disease. It uses the strapline “Daily protection for your gums”.

It will run until the end of March and will be supported by a press campaign in women’s interest magazines from mid-March until the end of May.
