SpinVox has appointed Archibald Ingall Stretton (AIS) to its agency roster without a pitch. The agency been given a brief to develop an international digital customer relationship strategy.
The campaign aims to help the service increase its subscribers as well as retaining existing users. The UK-based service is planning to increase its global subscribers to 6 million this year and is also understood to be planning a major marketing push to support it.
SpinVox offers a service that converts voicemail messages into text and sends it to either to an e-mail address or via a text message to a mobile handset. It has signed deals to launch its service with network operators on four continents and claims that these deals make its service available to over 100m subscribers worldwide.
It also recently launched SpinVox Social Networks for the French and Spanish versions of Facebook. This service automatically converts voice spoken into a handset into text and then posts that text directly to Facebook pages.
