IPC promotes Vercoe to Ignite sponsorship head

IPC Media has promoted Anna Vercoe to group head of sponsorship and brand solutions for IPC Ignite, the magazine publisher’s men’s lifestyle and music division. Vercoe, who was previously sponsorship and brand solutions manager, has already taken over the role.

She will now be responsible for the division’s involvement in the RSVP consortium, which also includes GCap Media and Viacom Brand Solutions. She will also run the sponsorship and brand solutions project co-ordination team, responsible for creating bespoke ad content for advertisers.

Prior to joining Ignite in 2005, she was sponsorship and promotions account manager at EMAP Radio. At IPC she worked on cross-platform solutions for Nuts, NME, Loaded and Uncut. She also helped launch the WKD Nuts Football Awards.
