IDS, the Virgin Media sales house, has signed the Energy Savings Trust as the sponsor of Home Search on UKTV Style. The one-year sponsorship will launch on May 26.
It will include lifestyle programmes such as Fantasy Homes by the Sea, To Buy or Not to Buy and Escape to the Country. It aims to increase awareness of the charity and its services.
It is the third sponsorship deal between UKTV and the Energy Savings Trust, which has sponsored Natural World, Britain’s Best and Quizcoms in the past. It was negotiated between IDS commercial development manager, Dale Mickelwright, Julie Gough, COI senior sponsorship and promotions manager.
Ids is the advertising sales house for Virgin Media Television, Setanta Sports and Virgin Media.com and is wholly owned by Virgin Media.
