New campaign – Silvercross

Silvercross targets parents-to-be

Silver Cross, the upmarket pram and baby accessory company, has launched a print and online campaign to promote its products.

It is the first time the brand has used online advertising, which will run websites targeting parents-to-be and young families. The advertising has been created by Manchester-based agency Love. The print ads will include bound-in inserts in parenting titles that will showcase products as part of a lifestyle range for parents.

Jason Munslow, head of marketing at Silver Cross, says the company is also planning to launch “a number of new products in 2008, in addition to new stylish fabrics” for its existing range of nursery products. The brand is well known for its celebrity customers, with its heritage collection often referred to as the “Bentley for Babies”.
