The two companies have developed a comprehensive directory of services for recycling computers, finding ethical furniture and pass on unwanted items. It also has details of chairty shops and swapping and auctions sites, and places to buy recycled products.

Passion for the Planet is an independently-owned digital-only station. It focuses on issues around health, the environment and “alternative solutions” and its playlist is a mix of world music. It is aimed at listeners aged 30 years old and over.

Allthingseco offers users a directory of eco, green and ethical companies as well as news and information on green issues. It was launched to help conscious consumers find suitable products, shops and services, and operates as an environmental-sound business.
