Statement of Principles
CJMR is an independent full-service agency conducting consumer, business-to-business and social research in the UK and internationally. We have particular specialisations in child and youth research. CJMR offers a problem-solving approach backed by in-house facilities. Focus groups and quantitative studies, hall tests, omnibus surveys, telephone interviewing, postal surveys, diary panels and a wealth of syndicated data can be linked together to provide the best solutions, cost-effectively.
Through the AIMRI network we offer international research with comparable methods and high quality throughout Europe and beyond.
CJMR co-ordinates international projects from London, with consistency briefings in each country, and GB data-analysis. China and North & South America are special development areas.

(i) Child, Youth, Parent Research:
Twice monthly GB omnibus; qualitative studies; large scale quantitative surveys. Panel of children for rapid response telephone and internet surveys. EUROPEAN CHILD OMNIBUS in 6 countries.
(ii) Child, Baby and Youth Track:
GB Tracking studies of 0-19. Income, spending, savings, media usage, advertising, food and drink, leisure, sport, fashions, characters, heroes, toys, etc. European Child Track.Convenient On-line Results System available.
(iii) European/Global Child Track:
Syndicated survey in 5 European countries among 6-14 year olds. (iv) QUALITATIVE RESEARCH: Research amongst children, parents, teenagers, students and teachers, involving groups, paired depths, depth interviews and hall workshop tests.
(v) Media Research:
Cinema and Video research, TV Tracking, Computer and Video Games Consoles Tracking. CD Rom and Internet usage.
(vi) New Product Development:
Exploration, simulated repeat purchase.
(vii) Telephone and Internet Interviewing:
UK and overseas including FAST ACTION CHILD/PARENT panel surveys.
(viii) Syndicated Survey:
Copious back-data available on media,child/youth markets, Mobile Phones Tracking Survey (7-19’s), Cartoon Characters Tracking Survey (0-14’s).
(ix) Environmental Research:
Work with Universities on local and national environmental studies.
