iCD Research is a full service research agency enabling clients across a range of industries with highly

Bespoke Consultancy

analysis, our unparalleled access to diversified consumers, including in house managed 130,000 UK
consumer and 50,000 strong technology panels, means we can source hard to reach audiences and
ensure that results are always linked back to the original client objectives. Our experience is vast, having
worked both with individual and syndicated clients in the publishing, media, financial services and

Online Qualitative Research
iCD Research can now offer online focus groups as part of its core offering after a successful 18 month
trial period throughout Europe and America. Recruiting participants from either our proprietary
consumer and B2B panels, or using client provided sample, we have experienced moderators and
qualitative experts designed to alleviate any fears of moving from traditional offline qualitative and show
how online qualitative research will dominate your research budgets moving forward.

Creative Testing
iCD Research creative testing evaluates a prospective advertisement among a defined consumer
segment. Utilising access to our 130,000 UK consumer panel, we assess each creative on industry
standard testing metrics across a robust sample group. In addition, consumer feedback is gained
regarding feelings and perceptions towards a given ad to incorporate a qualitative perspective to the
analysis. The process is streamlined so that results can be compared to creatives in direct competition
as well as those from other industries.
