In the UK the company is renowned for conducting effective customer and employee research, driven

• In-house telephone centre with 60 dedicated lines, each equipped with CATI facilities. Telephone
interviewing is undertaken throughout the UK and Europe.

• In-house data preparation and processing, providing fast turnaround of results.
• In-house survey computing which is able to add value to survey data through programming, data
mining, modelling, data analysis and reporting.
• A dedicated ORC e-Insight team comprising Internet research and programming experts who
develop individually tailored online research applications.
