Statement of Principles

Research International is a world leader in innovation and custom market research. We help our clients
understand their consumers and customers so that they can create and grow brands, and solve
business problems.

We believe research should not only answer specific questions and provide tactical assistance – but
that it should provide a wider framework of knowledge and insight, helping businesses forge closer and
more durable links with the people who interact with them.

We are experts in research into all aspects of both innovation and branding, from consumer and market
analysis to idea generation, concept development and concept testing, brand equity, brand positioning,
shopper insight, customer satisfaction and communications. We also have an extensive practice in the
measurement of actual service delivery.

We support our work with continual investment to improve operational quality at every stage and to
manage and share our depth of global knowledge. Our network of Marketing Science Centres develops
cutting edge research solutions and our qualitative group is the world’s largest.
