Who We Are
Founded in 1986, RONIN operates from two offices – its global call centre and research facility in
Central London and its US headquarters in Princeton, NJ.The London office is the base for all international research and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to research businesses and consumers in Europe, Asia Pacific, as well as North and South America.
Our centralised approach to global research is at the core of our operating philosophy.
Our projects range from the delivery of high-level strategic insight and recommendations to simple
data collection by telephone or web-based interviewing.
We operate internationally and seamlessly due to our multi-lingual staff, CATI and web software that
supports languages (including double byte Asian languages), global IT and Pharmaceutical panels and
access to multi-country sample sources.
The global call centre is routinely used by clients for large scale quantitative studies, for semistructured
in-depth interviews as well as supporting our panels in mixed methodology studies.
