Coty Prestige names Langworthy as marketing head

Coty Prestige has promoted Faye Langworthy to the new position of marketing director. She will be responsible for the strategic marketing for the company’s entire portfolio of brands – including Calvin Klein, Lancaster and Vera Wang.

Langworthy, who was previously an assistant brand manager at the perfume brand,
will report to Coty Prestige managing director, Liz Garrett. She joined in 2004 and is credited with launching new fragrances including Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely fragrance and the new Joop! Go and Jump franchises.

She was also responsible for elevating the performance of brands such as Davidoff Cool Water, the fifth best selling smell in the UK.

Prior to Coty Prestige, Langworthy was associate director of communications planning at OMD UK. She will now head a team of ten with direct reports including marketing manager Charlotte Broadbent and senior brand manager Zarouhi Grumbar.
