Games company 505 Games has signed up to be the exclusive sponsor of Five’s autumn family movie schedule. The partnership starts in September and will run until the end of the year.
Youth and entertainment media agency MJ Media brokered the deal for 505 Games and it is the first time the games publisher and distributor has sponsored the strand.
Through the sponsorship period, 505 Games will showcase its latest launches in games such as I Did It Mum 2, My Pet Dolphin 2 and Hello Baby in the family classics movie line up airing on Five in the autumn.
Alison Mitchell, 505 Games European marketing manager, says with the games market becoming more and more mainstream the sponsorship is “perfect targeting for this demographic”.
505 Games’ current portfolio also includes Cooking Mama, ArmA: Armed Assault, Bust-a-Move and Armored Core.
