RPM3 Beechwood blows away the competition

RPM3Thelondonpaper has given RPM3 Beechwood three free ad pages for work it has created for Babyliss, the haircare brand.

The agency received the free ad space, worth £37,000, together with a £5,000 cash prize, after winning a competition instigated by the newspaper. The competition’s aim was to encourage agencies to come up with innovative media ideas.

One part of the ad depicts a woman blowdrying her hair, while the editorial text on the opposite page is arranged so it looks as though it has been blow across the page.

Second place went to Team Saatchi for its entry for client Foom. It receives two free ad pages. Saatchi & Saatchi came third with its ad for Stop the Traffik, and it receives one free ad page.

All the ads will feature in the paper over the next three months.
