Digital agency TradeDoubler has been appointed to handle the affiliate marketing account for Jessops. The agency will be responsible for driving online sales for the photographic retailer’s website.
Jessops has previously worked with a number of digital agencies on a project basis. It has appointed TradeDoubler as its retained agency following a pitch with a number of undisclosed agencies.
It will now be responsible for all online marketing and ensuring the website provides an effective online service for Jessops’ partners and customers.
Jessops marketing and e-commerce director Brian Linnington says TradeDoubler was appointed based on “its expertise and understanding of our sector and its extensive network of publishers”.
Jessops has over 230 stores nationwide across the UK. Its website catalogues all its photography services, as well as its online developing store, jpics.
Recent work has included The Collect@Store service, which allows customers to add products to their online basket then elect to collect them from store.
