The agency will develop communications promoting a range of benefits available to new parents. It also has a brief to develop partnerships with a number of select brands and organisations to communicate the various Government schemes such as Child Benefit, Child Trust Funds (pictured), Child Tax Credits and the newly introduced Health in Pregnancy Grant – a one-off payment available to all expectant mothers between 25 weeks and their due date. The campaign will include digital, experiential, print, sales promotion, PR and ambient.

Iris currently works with HMRC developing partnerships for its Tax Credits scheme. It won the business in August last year.

Last month, Iris won a pitch to develop partnership marketing campaigns for sexual health and teenage pregnancy for the Government’s Department of Health and Department for Children, Schools and Families. It also won a £2m integrated brief to launch the Employment and Support Allowance for the Department for Work and Pensions (MW May 8).
