The Central Office of Information (COI) has invited Watson Phillips Norman; Meteorite and Publicis Dialog to pitch.

Sarah Dean Foster head of External Communications at HSE, says: “Our campaigning work is very important – it helps save lives, stop people getting injured at work and reduces work-related illness. We have delivered several effective campaigns in recent years and won awards for our work. We are looking for a DM agency that can build on this considerable success.”

HSE appointed TBWA/Manchester to handle its advertising in July last year.
