Tim Duffy, chairman of the Group, says the new changes will “reflect the increasing integration between the seven M&C Saatchi agencies”, which are based in London.

The reshuffle sees Thomas becoming CEO of M&C Saatchi Group and Camilla Harrisson named COO of M&C Saatchi Group.

Simultaneously, Graham Fink becomes creative director of M&C Saatchi Group and will work closely with Shaun Moran from Lida who takes up the creative director role on the group’s integrated business.

These changes sit alongside the appointment of Enyi Nwosu as executive director of the Central Strategy Unit – the integrated planning function for M&C Saatchi Group which comprises thirty planners from across all agencies’ disciplines.

Tim Duffy, chairman of M&C Saatchi Group says: “The latest changes are not about integration per se. Integration is simply a means to an end – the end being the creation of strikingly simple ideas that can travel with speed and agility through a fluid communications landscape. The new team puts the right talent in place to deliver this.”

The group says the reshuffle is the third stage in the evolution of the M&C Saatchi Group ensuring “that each agency is fully digital rather than digital being a separate discipline” and reflecting “the growing needs of clients for senior talent that can simultaneously operate across the full communications mix and access specialist expertise.”
