Companies House seeks new agency

Companies House, the government body that keeps data on registered companies, is hunting for a new marketing services agency. The current incumbents are Agency Inc and Lloyd North Over.

Companies House is looking for agencies to provide the full range of marketing services for the business, including advertising, direct marketing and communications activities.

The procurement tender asks for prospective companies to “have an impressive track record of providing first rate creatives which work across the marketing communications mix.”

It adds: “ Relevant experience in a number of sectors should include corporate ID, style guides, advertising, direct mail, sales promotions and activities, website development, exhibitions, media relations, PR, online activities and events and marketing research. Companies should also be able to demonstrate experience in developing low-value brands to become brand leaders and have a full understanding of the relevant merits of traditional forms of PR.”

The tender is being overseen by procurement manager, Steve Davies, and chosen agencies will have to present to an in-house team, which will include a combination of procurement and marketing staff. The deadline for applications is March 31.
