Nancy Cruickshank to join Telegraph Media Group

The Telegraph Media Group (TMG) has appointed Nancy Cruickshank, former head of Hearst Digital, as executive director of digital development.

Cruickshank joins from VideoJug, the ‘how to’ video site, where she served as global CEO.

She will be responsible for overseeing and increasing TMG’s digital revenues and report into editor-in-chief William Lewis.

Cruickshank moved from Hearst Digital in October 2007 after spending 12 months as MD of the digital arm of NatMags. Prior to the role she ran Handbag.com for six years.

Cruickshank said, “TMG has undertaken a brave and innovative restructure of its entire operation over the past three years which now provides a unique platform on which to further develop a world-class digital media company.”
