Energy supplier E.ON has appointed Delaney Lund Knox Warren to handle its £20 million advertising business.
DLKW won the business after a final pitch against DDB. WCRS was also originally on the shortlist.
The pitch was led by E.ON’s director of brand and communications Jeremy Davies, who joined the company in May last year. Agency Insights helped put the list together and oversaw the process.
E.ON’s previous incumbent was TBWALondon. The agency was appointed in 2007 without a pitch and previously the business was handled by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R.
Mediacom has handed the media planning and buying business in August.
