EasyJet to sell Starbucks Via brand

EasyJet is to offer passengers Starbucks Via Ready Brew instant coffee on flights from Newcastle, Stansted, Gatwick and Madrid.

Starbucks launched the brand earlier this month in the UK and US. The brand is being trialled in London before any national roll out.

Via is Shared Planet verified, meaning that the coffee comes from farmers and suppliers who follow the company’s exacting sourcing guidelines.

Rupert Lawrie, director of Business Alliances & Licensing, Starbucks UK & Ireland commented: “Offering Starbucks VIA Ready Brew to easyJet passengers provides us with a great opportunity to ensure new and existing Starbucks customers get the chance to experience high quality coffee in an instant.”
