T-Mobile to film second flash mob stunt

T-Mobile will tomorrow (April 30) launch the second instalment of its latest brand campaign, with a stunt to be staged at Trafalgar Square at 6pm.

It will follow on from the stunt filmed in January, where 350 dancers broke into a mass dance routine at Liverpool street station. Hidden cameras were placed around the station to capture the dancers and reactions of London commuters.

The guerrilla-style ad, created by Saatchi & Saatchi, was filmed in January 15. A three-minute execution then aired the following day taking up an entire ad break during Celebrity Big Brother.

It also attracted much attention on YouTube where to date it has clocked over 11 million views.

The campaign promotes the “Life’s for Sharing” strapline.

Details of the latest stunt are yet to be revealed, but T-Mobile has posted a teaser video on YouTube calling on people to go to Trafalgar Square between 6pm to 7pm.
