Reader’s Digest launches financial website

Reader’s Digest has launched a consumer facing financial services website aimed at attracting new and existing customers.

The site has gone live today (June 3) and contains a range of financial products from car insurance and home insurance, through to foreign exchange and savings plans.

Consumers will be able to obtain obligation-free information and quotes, as well as making purchases directly online.

Reader’s Digest has established partnerships with several providers including Lloyds TSB and AXA Sun Life Direct.

Catriona Lasselin, Reader’s Digest enterprises director, says the site was created to help consumers make more informed decisions about financial services.

“We have sought to tackle this complexity by carefully selecting a comprehensive range of products which have been specifically designed with our customers in mind, offering benefits and rewards that our customers value as well as great value for money,” she says.

The site, which was developed in-house and is part of Reader’s Digest’s online expansion plans. In December last year it launched the energy switching website
