Virgin TV appoints Brooklyn Brothers

Virgin Media TV (VMtv) has confirmed that it has appointed Brooklyn Brothers to handle its television advertising.

Jeff Dodds

The agency has been appointed after a three-way pitch and will now handle the advertising for VMtv’s channels, such as Living and Virgin 1. The pitch was overseen by brand and marketing director Jeff Dodds and handled by Oystercatchers.

The agency picks up the brief as VMtv parent company Virgin Media looks to sell the division with BSkyB a possible buyer.

Virgin 1 has just developed a puppet character called Red , created by Red Bee Media, to be the face of the channel

Brooklyn Brothers also handles advertising for The Number 118 118.
