A new storage and analysis hub for deployment on-site has been launched by a major web analytics provider. Webtrends Marketing Warehouse On Premise is intended to create an analytical and business intelligence hub for customer data which can be seamlessly integrated with existing data warehouses.
“Webtrends Marketing Warehouse is unique to the marketplace as it provides insight into individual visitor behaviours over time to drive more effective marketing efforts. This in turn drives revenue,” says Jascha Kaykas-Wolff, vice president, marketing, Webtrends. “We are seeing strong adoption of Marketing Warehouse across industries that collect sensitive information and require deep control of that data, such as financial services, insurance and healthcare.”
When deployed as a data hub, the new solution brings together data capture, enrichment and integration capabilities with data analysis and warehousing. Tools are available both built-in and as add-ons to support analysis and segmentation. These include:
– Webtrends Explore – a data exploration tool for drill-down into customer segments by campaign, content, product and conversion to provide an understanding of customer preferences.
– Webtrends Score – a patented solution for quantifying visitor behavior and segmenting customers.
