The “Every Pack Gets 50p” promotion will run across all mobile networks and see consumers receiving 50p free mobile credit with every can purchase.
It will run from mid July until stocks last and will feature on 330ml cans and 500ml bottles which will carry a special code that they can claim online or via SMS.
Each consumer will be able to claim credit a maximum of eight times (equal to £4) during the promotion.
Mobile networks involved include O2, T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone, 3, Virgin, Asda Mobile, Blyk and Tesco Mobile.
The promotion will be mentioned at the end of the latest Dr Pepper TV ad campaign. It will also be visible through outdoor, sampling and online activity.
The campaign has been devised by BD Network and the new packaging by Epoch.
