The interactive gaming company has signed a TV distribution deal with STV Group to launch the channel, which will allow viewers to interactively play casino, bingo and Blackjack.
The channel will broadcast live on STV late night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from August.
NetPlay already operates a number of live interactive TV shows. Earlier this year, it agreed a distribution deal with Five to air daily live draws for EuroTeleMillions.
The gaming firm followed this with a deal to run Virgin Media Television’s Challenge Jackpot brand in April.
NetPlay has also been bolstering its commercial and marketing teams this year, hiring the former commercial director of Nuts TV Damon Letzer in February in the same role and Jonathan Rigby, a former managing director of FCB London, as brand director in March.
