Thomas Cook appoints Campbell Lace Beta to ad account
Thomas Cook, the holiday company, has appointed start up ad agency Campbell Lace Beta to its ad account

It won the business following a final shoot out against Euro RSCG. There was no incumbent on the account.
The company has recently worked with Company of Angels and Hurrell Moseley Dawson & Grimmer on various projects.
It is thought to be preparing for its traditional January campaign promoting next summer’s holidays.
The ad pitch was led by group brand director Michael Johnson, who joined the travel company earlier this year.
Thomas Cook brought back its long dormant strapline “Don’t just book it – Thomas Cook it!” in a campaign this year.
It is not known at this stage if the company will retain the slogan in its next big marketing push.
Thomas Cook’s German parent company Arcandor recently filed for bankruptcy but the tour operator says that it is unaffected by the action.
Campbell Lace Beta is the agency founded by Garry Lace and Robert Campbell. It was recently on the pitch list for the £8m Tombola online bingo account that was eventually awarded to Euro RSCG.
