New Look expands menswear with branded concession
Fashion retailer New Look is to expand its menswear proposition with the addition of branded concessions in 10 of its high street stores.
The move is a joint venture between new Look and multi-brand retail business, Hallett Retail.
The concessions will see New Look selling men’s clothing from Criminal Damage sub brand Damage, and Religion owned sub brands Unsigned and Second Edition.
Hallett Retail runs the department store young fashion concession business Fuse and Gallery, a womenswear concessions business. This is its first foray into menswear.
The concessions will go into New Look stores in London, Glasgow, Nottingham, Belfast, Aberdeen, Dundee, Coventry, Liverpool and Birmingham.
New Look added menswear to its collection four years ago and plans to add the multi-brand concessions in five further stores later this year.
The high-street retailer has also partnered with celebrity designer Giles Deacon to create an exclusive menswear range last autumn.
New Look has an aggressive expansion plans to take on rivals H&M and Zara on a global scale and plans a further 20 European stores in the next year. In April the retailer relocated its head office from Weymouth to London
