Faith to use SMS marketing to drive footfall
High street footwear retailer, Faith, is adopting text message marketing to communicate directly with its customers, drive footfall to stores and build brand loyalty.
Faith plans to use SMS messages to tell its customers about new collections, sales and promotions in store.
By sending mobile voucher codes and promotional messages to customers via text message, the retailer hopes to encourage customers into stores to redeem vouchers against purchases.
The SMS drive will also promote Faith’s VIP loyalty card and new website which went live this week.
Talin Vartevanian, Faith head of e-commerce, says: “Adopting mobile and integrating SMS was the perfect solution for us – there is no cost to our consumers, with all being kept informed of marketing and promotional activity as well as receiving exclusive offers to use online and in-store.”
Faith is using a web-based system from Mobile Interactive Technology, which means it can create and manage its SMS campaigns in-house.
