The Premier League club has appointed iris to push the re launch of its official membership scheme ‘All Red’.
The digital, direct mail and ECRM activity will launch first in the UK and then rollout globally to tap in to the club’s global supporter base.
Other activity includes banner ads, a new membership landing page for the website, and joint initiatives with some of the club’s sponsors.
The campaign is launching to coincide with the 50th anniversary season of Bill Shankly joining Liverpool and will feature imagery and quotes from the club’s former manager.
News of the membership drive comes a week after the club signed a four-year deal with Standard Chartered Bank, a deal that the club hopes will help extend its global reach.
The financial services firm will replace Carlsberg from the start of next season.
