Tim Bleakley resigns from CBS Outdoor UK
Tim Bleakley has stepped down from his position as managing director of sales and marketing at CBS Outdoor UK.
Bleakly resigned today (28 September) and is leaving to pursue other commercial ventures.
Bleakley joined CBS in 2004 and has been a key player in building the outdoor specialists’ digital network since taking over the London Underground contract in 2006.
Additionally, he sits on the board of the Outdoor Advertising Association.
Bleakley says: ‘This is a big decision in the current climate. I have had a fantastic time at CBS Outdoor which I am certain has a very bright future but it is time for me to seek a new challenge.’
The announcement follows the news last week that international chief of marketing Catherine Gale is to leave the company at the end of the year.
In August CBS announced Antonio Alonso would replace Clive Punter as international chief executive reporting to Leslie Moonves.
