McCulloch joins from his previous role as global senior brand manager at Barclaycard and is a former group head of brand development at lastminute.com, where he was responsible for re-positioning their six core Euro brands including lastminute.com, Travelocity and Holiday Autos.
In his new role, McCulloch will be responsible for raising the profile of Yo! Sushi, attracting new customers and retaining and increasing consumer loyalty.
Up until now marketing responsibilities have been chiefly handled by marketing manager My Ly.
Yo Sushi! Now has 42 UK based restaurants.
