HomeServe, the domestic emergency services company, is launching a regional campaign fronted by animated “superheroes”.
The multimillion pound campaign, created by Grey London and brand consultancy venturethree, will be fronted by five “HomeServe Heroes”, who will appear on TV and press ads, direct marketing and field marketing activity and HomeServe vehicles in the Midlands region.
The characters were created to represent the primary trades delivered by HomeServe staff, who carry out heating, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs around the home.
Graham Jones, venturethree creative director, says: “The HomeServe Heroes were developed to represent the super skills and friendly approach of HomeServe staff.
“We wanted them to highlight the brand’s ethos of HomeServe to the rescue, providing customers with a truly one-stop shop service.”
HomeServe marketing director Siobhan Duffy says the campaign aims to raise brand awareness.
