Enterprise data integration tool claims 90 per cent savings

A new enterprise-wide customer data integration solution claims to be able to deliver cost and resource savings of up to 90 per cent. Commnicator Corp’s new platform integrates all online customer data into a single view, including email, CRM, transactional messaging, servicing, billing and purchase confirmation. Email marketing managers are expected to be major users, reflecting their frustrations at dealing with fragmented data.

Communicator has a superior relational data structure which integrates information from all touchpoints, eliminating costs incurred by managing data sets separately. It also supports more tailored email and mobile messaging across the enterprise, removing overlapping data migrations by separate business functions.

Chris Wilds, Communicator Corp’s CEO, says: “Far too many organisations fall short of the mark by complacently wasting a huge amount of resource on piecemeal campaigns where blocks of data are crudely migrated around the organisation in a haphazard fashion with each action carrying its own cost structure. This is wholly unacceptable and the penny has now dropped at board level.”

The new platform includes customer and prospect delivery metrics, data modelling, dynamic content creation and web services for integration and automation. Personalisation and behavioural filtering tools are also included. Communicator can be integrated with Google Analytics, Omniture, PayPal, Oracel, Salesforce, Hybris, Netstats and Microsoft Dynamics.

Wilds adds: “With the current economic climate, senior managers are dictating that their organisations need to deliver even more tangible results in terms of enterprise ROI. This is challenging customer data complacency and driving the demand for more cost-effective integrated email campaigns that engage recipients more fully by exploiting a single enterprise wide view of existing customer data.”
