Fahy, who has previously worked for Blackberry and Orange, will head marketing for William Hill next year.

He was handed a promotion by Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz in June (nma.co.uk 16 June 2009), having joined as VP of marketing for Yahoo in Europe. During his time at Yahoo, Fahy played a vital role in the current £60m global relaunch of the brand following an overhaul of its home page in July.

Commenting on his departure a Yahoo spokewoman said, “Kristof has made a great contribution to Yahoo during his two-year tenure and he leaves a strong international marketing team.”
