Q special edition celebrates end of the decade

Q Magazine, the Bauer Media monthly music title, is publishing a special December issue to celebrate the end of the decade.

Q special

The “Artists of the Century” issue will look at the most influential figures in the music industry this century.

The magazine features a triple fold out cover starring 34 musicians including the Gallaghers, Lilly Allen, Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl and Paul McCartney, shot by photographer John Wright.

Russell Brand, Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis and Queens of the Stone Age front man, Josh Homme, have all contributed articles and the issue includes interviews with U2, The Kings Of Leon and Nick Cave among others.

Q Editor Paul Rees says: “All of the 34 artists who feature on the cover of the Artists Of The Century issue are there because they have significantly shaped or connected with our readers’ lives during the past 10 years – and as such they represent a reflection of the breadth and diversity of Q’s musical world. It took us a year to put together the Artists Of The Century issue, but I think the end result makes all that time and effort more than worth it.”
